The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 329, 379 and 384/504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that while the informant was feeling a ditch on his land, the accused person demanded Rs.55,000/- and made assault.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury was caused to the informant, a statement to this effect has been made at paragraph 9 of the petition. A statement has also been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15912 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.71 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
