Perused the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by Munsif, Danapur in Title Suit No.121 of 1998.

It appears that the application filed by the petitioner for appointment of survey knowing pleader commissioner has been rejected by the Court below on the ground that one survey knowing pleader commissioner has already been examined by the plaintiff as P.W.8 and his report has already been marked as ext.2 and 2/A in this case, therefore, appointment of further survey knowing pleader commissioner is not required. In such view of the matter, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Sanjeev/- U T
