Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016 registered for the offences alleged under Sections- 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire prosecution case is based on suspicion. Allegations levelled against all the named accused persons are general and omnibus in nature. During investigation, nothing has come against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16243 of 2017 (3) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016.
