Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448,346,376,354(c) (d), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4,7,8,11 of POCSO Act, 2012.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he ravished to the informant, a girl aged about 13 years. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection with POCSO Case No.32 of 2018 arising out of Khaira P.S.Case No.344 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui. Hence, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13495 of 2019(3) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 is refused.

Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
