The petitioner is accused in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and she has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. It is further submitted that petitioner being lady is in custody since 23.11.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8238 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri P.S.
