JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated dated 6.1.2021. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground of parity. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Indu Devi has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Annexure

3. There is no specific allegation of committing overt act against the petitioner and in the post mortem report only one injury has been found on the body of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 17.9.2020.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court and petitioner is a lady, in
