JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 31.03.2011 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 6139 of 2007 (Ram Ashis Tiwary vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.). Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties as also the agreement reached amongst them, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 31.03.2011 and the respondent no. 5 i.e. the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Aurangabad is directed to extend similar relief to the petitioners as has been extended to the petitioners of CWJC No. 6139 of 2007 by the aforesaid judgment dated 31.03.2011.

The writ petition is allowed.
