Petitioner will file a fresh application before the Principal of Nalanda Engineering College, Chandi, in the district of Nalanda, to convert the period of his absence between 16.11.2008 to 30th July, 2009 against the kind of leave available to him.

2. Under the circumstances and keeping in mind the judicial orders passed in this regard earlier, there cannot be any direction for payment of salary, treating that period to be the period of work.

3. The Principal shall pass appropriate order, if need be by taking approval from the superior authority within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application, with a copy of this order.
