2. The petitioner claims that he has served as Chowkidar (Night Guard) at Bhagwanpur BSF Godown along with others on payment of Rs. 4000/- per month. The petitioner has made it clear in the petition that such engagement was only temporary, awaiting the final approval of the Managing Director of the State Food Corporation. It further appears from the pleadings made in
Patna High Court CWJC No.6002 of 2019 dt.18-04-2019 2/3 the writ petition that with respect to the services rendered by the petitioner till 2013, he has been paid for the same but for the services rendered by him from November 2013 till March 2016, he has not been paid.

Learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Food Corporation however has stated that whatever amount was admissible to the petitioner by way of remuneration has been paid to him and nothing is due. If at all the petitioner is clamoring for payment of any remuneration, there is no record of the aforesaid period.
4. In any view of the matter, the representation of the petitioner before the District Manager, State Food Corporation, Kaimur which has yet not been acted upon, must be disposed off.
5. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the District Manager, State Food Corporation, Kaimur, Bhabhua (respondent no. 5) within a period of four weeks from today, who on receipt of such representation, shall,
Patna High Court CWJC No.6002 of 2019 dt.18-04-2019 3/3 after verifying the facts viz. whether the petitioner has worked for the period for which he is claiming remuneration, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
