2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.06.2018 by which cognizance has been taken under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code by the the ACJM II Saran in connection with Amnour P.S Case No-34 of 2018 Tr. No-667 of 2018.

3. The petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 26.06.2018. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is the informant of the case and he has been made accused subsequently.

4. This is not the first time when the informant has
