The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No.434/16 registered under Section 47 of Bihar Excise (Amendment)Act.

The accusation is that the police searched the tempo and recovered 119 bottles each containing 100 ml. Nepali liquor in which the petitioner and two others were also found sitting. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 16.9.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14229 of 2017 (2) dt.07-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No.434 of 2016, G.R.Case No.1548/16.
