The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 53 of 2004 and G.R. No. 1477 of 2004 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he took out Rs.1800/- from the pocket of the informant. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two months, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on
