JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authority has complied the order of this Court by passing the order against the petitioner.

In such circumstances, there is no need to proceed further with the matter. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty that the petitioner, if so advised, may take steps for challenging the order before the appropriate forum. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could now about the order, which has been passed against him only when the show cause was filed by the State.
