Having regard to the fact that the petitioner, a retired teacher of Urehan Girls High School, Bihta, in this writ application claims that none of the retirement benefit has been paid to him despite expiry of a period of more than nine months since the date of his retirement i.e. 31.8.2014, this Court, keeping in view that the authorities had already settled the claim of G.P.F. of the petitioner by issuing authorization order vide letter no. 180 dated 31.1.2014 through the GPF Office, Patna, would direct Respondent 2 to 4 that the decision with regard to payment of rest of the retirement benefit must be taken and admitted payment
Patna High Court CWJC No.5544 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 thereof must be made to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. The District Education Officer, Patna, Respondent no. 3 in particular being the cadre controlling authority shall be under obligation to ensure compliance of this order in letter and spirit. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
