2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 318/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2) and 317(2) of the BNS.

3. The petitioner is involved in theft of a motorcycle. He is in jail since 26.09.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai / concerned court in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 318/2024.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in
