The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the theft being committed of the fan, plate and other parts of the diesel pump set of the informant. First Information Report was lodged against unknown. Subsequently recovery of the stolen parts were made from the scrap shop of Ramjeevan Prasad, who suggested that he purchased it from the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confession of Ramjeevan Prasad, there is nothing on record to suggest the complicity of petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6087 of 2016 (2) dt.08-02-2016 Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S.
