Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47A of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.10.2016.
