This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of theft of motorcycle is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the coaccused. Submission of the petitioner is that recovery was not from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sasaram Nagar Model P.S. Case No. 942 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, or successor Court.
