The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.06.2018. He further submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one loaded Katta and two live cartridges was recovered from his possession. Considering the fact that the period of custody i.e. nine months approximately, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12700 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Saran, Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018.
