2. Without going into merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is willing pay the 50% of the amount due to the Corporation in two installments. This Court is of the view that the present writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to deposit initially 25% amount by 15th of April, 2024, out of the total amount of Rs. 10,98,628/- (Ten Lakh Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Eight Only) and another 25% amount by 13th of May,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3633 of 2024(3) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 2024. On payment of the initial 25% amount by 15th of April, 2024, the authority shall give the re-connection to the petitioner. The petitioner shall also avail the statutory remedy of appeal before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today. It is needless to mention that delay, if any, shall be deemed to have been condoned. The petitioner shall continue to pay the monthly charges as levied by the authority. In case of any default, the authorities are free to take necessary action in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
