The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 21(A)/22(A) of the NDPS Act.

The petitioner has been named in the confessional statement of co-accused from whom 290 ml. grams of heroin has been recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that she is a lady, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Judge -cum- Special Court, NDPS Act, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No.198 of 2023.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Buxar Town Police Station, District- Buxar on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
