2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 316(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

Considering the nature of the allegation that the petitioners allegedly committed fraud with the informant by dishonestly obtaining a sum of Rs. 15 lakhs on the pretext of investment in their firm, and further considering the observation recorded in the impugned order that the firms, namely Anand Metal Ispat Private Limited and Animesh Steel Works, are found

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17238 of 2026(3) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 to be fictitious entities, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail.

4. The petitioners may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.
