The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It is alleged that 70 liters kerosene oil was being carried by one Munna Kumar, who was apprehend by Balwant Kr. Singh and handed over to the police, from the PDS shop of this petitioner to sell the same in black market. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner defeated Balwant Sngh in PACs election hence the present case has been lodged. Admittedly, neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor the stock of the petitioner was verified after lodging of the case. A statement has been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
