The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury with acid.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a counter version of the occurrence and acid burn injury was caused to the informant while the informant was trying to throw acid on the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6170 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
