The petitioner is accused in connection with C-2/234 of 2016, registered under Sections 47(a) and 53(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The accusation is that petitioner along with Shankar Paswan and Sambhu Paswan were apprehended by the Police, on search 45 bottles, each containing 300 ML, Nepali liquor recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 27.08.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6997 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with C-2/234 of 2016.
