The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018 dated 04.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 384, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An occurrence took place with respect to construction of a drainage. The injuries suffered by the victims have been opined to be simple in nature. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and there being a counter version of the occurrence and the petitioner being a person of clean antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
