The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 115/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has a long standing dispute with the police for which learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed some documents. The petitioner was not caught on the spot. He has a clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Madhubani, in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 115/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
