JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the lis involved in the present writ petition no longer remains inasmuch as the Vice-Chancellor of the respondent University has decided to grant V.R.S. to the father of the petitioner as has been stated in paragraph no. 6 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University.
It is needless to state that the consequential benefits which would flow out of the aforesaid order granting V.R.S. to the father of the petitioner would follow and necessary payment would be made within a period of eight weeks from today.
