The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.207 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant got information from reliable source that Binod Mahto, Saryu (petitioners) and Durgesh were running Bhatti of illicit liquor. On such information, raid was conducted and three bags containing 10 litres of country made liquor each bag are said to have been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the country made liquor. There is no material to show that the petitioners ever

Having considered the fact that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners and the only fact that the informant got reliable information about involvement of the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge,Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.207 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
