JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.09.2012 passed in Complaint Case No. 614 (C) of 2008 by the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui as well as the order dated 13.02.2013 passed in Cr. Revision No. 71 of 2012 by the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui, whereby the order passed by the learned S.D.J.M., referred to above, has been affirmed and upheld.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to make aware the Court as to the stage of the case.

After having gone through the orders impugned,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16322 of 2015(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 this Court is not inclined to interfere with them. The petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner shall have liberty to approach the court below for all the reliefs to which she is entitled under law.
