JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 20th August, 2013 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 3113 of 2012 corresponding to Trial No. 2287 of 2013, whereby while taking cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7865 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
