Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 468 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323/504/498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity and he is ready to pay Rs. 1800/- per month to the complainant for her maintenance. A supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, which is at Flag-S.
