JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the North Bihar Power Distribution Company. Petitioner claims that he was given a franchise for collection of revenue. He claims that he has completed his work to the satisfaction of the authorities from December, 2007 till December, 2011 for the period

Patna High Court CWJC No.2695 of 2015 dt.16-02-2015 2/3 commencing from December, 2007 to July, 2008 but the due amount has not paid despite several representations having been filed. It is also approached the Managing Director by filing a representation contained in Annexure-7 but no final decision has been taken till date.

Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha, learned counsel appearing for the North Bihar Power Distribution Company seeks adjournment to verify the claim which is being made by the petitioner.

However, In above view of the claim being old one, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.8, i.e. the Electric Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Madhepura along with all the documents and papers in support of his claim with a copy to the respondent no.4, i.e. the Managing Director, North Bihar Power Distribution Ltd. Vidyut Bhawan Bailey Road, Patna, who shall ensure that a decision is taken by the respondent no.8 on such representation within a period of three months from such date.

If the dues are found to be admitted, the same should be paid within a further period of two months. If the
