2. The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.591 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 308, 354, 379, 427 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is to made an attempt for culpable homicide amounting to murder, where during the course of occurrence, the informant received several body injuries on his head and leg, which may likely to cause his death, where occurrence arises out of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15121 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/3 local dispute and differences.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated with present case. It is submitted that out of four injuries, three injuries were found upon non-vital part of the informant/injured, where nature of injuries, upon examination, appearing superficial in nature. It is submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties before Gram Kutchhery, Habibhaur, Darbhanga on 25.12.2023, where compromise was duly signed by the parties.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.
6. In view of the aforesaid factual submissions, as matter has been compromised between the parties, accordingly, the above named, petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with
