The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 469 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is regarding unloading of illicit liquor from a truck and when the Police had searched the said truck, 962 liters of illicit liquor was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 06.01.2019.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-5th-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019.
