JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s), commanding upon the respondents to remove the encroachment on public land appertaining to Khesra no. 6880 old, 9428 new 60x15 feet area situated in village Malmal under

Patna High Court CWJC No.4686 of 2020(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 Kaluahi Anchal and police station in Madhubani District which is public road and way and same has been encroached by private respondents due to which free flow to the public over the same caused inconvenience. And any appropriate writ/order/orders/direction to the respondents for which petitioner is entitled under the fact and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Circle Officer, Kaluahi Anchal, P.S. Kaluahi, District Madhubani, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances of the petitioner. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
