The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, registered under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 16.06.2019, in the evening, Ram Kishun Yadav, husband of informant Savitri Devi, and Ajit Yadav were returning to their village after doing their work, in the way, Manoj Yadav, Rajesh Yadav, Tarni Yadav (Petitioner) and Shildhar Marik came on two motorcycles. Thereafter, Manoj Yadav and Rajesh Yadav shot fire at Ram Kishun Yadav, husband of informant, and all fled away from there. The cause of occurrence is dispute regarding partition of land.

No.10052 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is the mother of co-accused Manoj Yadav, who along with Rajesh Yadav is said to fire at her husband, but petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he is father-in-law of Manoj Yadav. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Banka in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019.
