The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

153 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question and has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
