KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-03-2021 This application has been filed for modification of judgment dated 29.01.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1151 of 2021, titled as Amit Paswan @ Anit Paswan Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., by this Court.

It is contended that name of the district mentioned in

Patna High Court MJC No.732 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 the particulars of respondent Nos.5 to 8 has wrongly been mentioned as Madhubani in place of Darbhanga. Also, the date of appearance be extended to a future date.

For the reasons stated in the modification application, the judgment dated 29.01.2021 is modified to the extent that the name of the district with respect to respondent Nos. 5 to 8 be read as Darbhanga in place of Madhubani.

The date of appearance before the Collector, Darbhanga is fixed on 19.04.2021 at 10:30 a.m. Modification application stands disposed in the aforesaid terms.
