2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 1,15,105/-. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation.

4. Sufficient material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2023. Petitioner is accused in four more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
