JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/419/379/469/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant received SMS through his mobile that Rs.98,000/- has been withdrawn by co-accused Asheesh Kumar Jha from his account. It is further alleged that on the assurance of this petitioner the informant gave a signed cheque, pan card, identity card, photograph to co-accused Ashesh Kumar Jha for grant of loan through Money Consultant Service. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is specific accusation against Ashesh Kumar Jha, who alleged to be withdrawn the amount from the account of the informant. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
