The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 686 of 2020, registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the materials levelled against these petitioners during investigation, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioners stand rejected.
