JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 08-04-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. three lacs pertaining to the vehicle hire charges. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Director, Secondary Education Department, Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 3 and he be directed to pay the outstanding dues of the petitioner within a fixed time frame.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.3560 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 the respondent no. 3 by filing appropriate representation within a period of three weeks from today whereupon the respondent no. 3 shall consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is made clear that in case any amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks therefrom.
