The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.280 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is alleged that unknown criminals have looted the motorcycle and purse of the informant. 4.

It is alleged that no T.I. parade has been held and there is no recovery from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15125 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.280 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Raniganj Police Station, District- Araria on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
