10-02-2017 After some argument, Sri K.K.Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 1 as well as learned counsel for respondent no. 6, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition so that the petitioner against the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj may approach the State Teachers Appellate Tribunal.

The prayer is allowed.

It goes without saying that the period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 18-03-2015 till date shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
