Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage took place on 12.2.2019.
There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.
With reference to para-8, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9815 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 full honour and dignity.
Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that in the event, the petitioner neglects, misbehaves or tortures the opposite party no.2 then on report of such neglect, misbehaviour or torture, the court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
