Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 307, 302, 120(B), 201/34 IPC.

According to FIR, the deceased was forcefully married with the daughter of the petitioner, however, the family members were not in support of the marriage. The petitioner and others were pressurizing for restoration of conjugal life and in that wake allegation is that the petitioner and others committed murder of the brother of the informant whose dead body was found near the canal.

Submission is that besides suspicion there is no other material. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.22542 of 2021(2) dt.03-09-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sourbazar Police Station Case No.08 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
