Patna High Court MJC No.4679 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2019 3/3 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3.

20-02-2019 Heard Sri Birendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General-10. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore a writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 17242 of 2015, which stood dismissed long back on 06-04-2016. The present restoration petition was filed on 27-11-2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners tried to persuade the Court regarding delay in filing the restoration petition, which has been stated in paragraph-7 of the petition. However, after examining the petition as well as statement made in paragraph-7 of the petition, I do not find any ground to entertain the present petition.

The restoration petition stands dismissed.

It goes without saying that writ petition was not dismissed on merit.
