1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Circle Officer, Jale, District-Darbhanga, has already passed the final order on 24.04.2023 in connection with Encroachment Case No.18 of 2022-23 in compliance of the

Patna High Court MJC No.433 of 2023(5) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 order of this Court dated 29.07.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.2198 of 2021, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to assail the aforesaid order dated 24.04.2023, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. The present petition stands disposed off.
