The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amour P.S. Case no. 308/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 408 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. For transfer of the amount of BRGF, Account no. 11844309212 was sent through letter no. 1810 dated 21.10.2011. It is alleged that Kapildeo Mahto (the then Panchayat Sachiv) wrongly furnished the Account number of Azhar Alam in which Rs. 7,27,189/-was transferred. The petitioner is a clerk in the office of Zila Parishad. The petitioner has not received any amount from Azhar Alam.

Further, It is alleged that the entire amount has already been recovered from Azhar Alam in whose account the money was

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 308/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
